Les Alfred: The (Saturn) Return to Your Uninfluenced Self

Not sure if y’all are even ready for this (balanced) Black girl magic, but this week I am sitting down with Les Alfred, founder of Balanced Black Girl and a true hero of my heart. Can’t lie, I couldn’t even drink during this episode because I didn’t want to miss a single thing that Les had to share. She’s dropping SO much wisdom and truth centered around unlearning that we have to strive for rest, returning to our uninfluenced selves (who would you be without your childhood trauma? without social media?), your Saturn return, and reconnecting with the truth that our worth doesn’t come from our work. Her words on being > doing will bring you peace. Normally I’d say grab a glass, but for real you’ll want some pen and paper instead.
